There have been reports suggesting that Kia is planning to unveil the Sonet facelift in India next month. As per the latest rumours, bookings might open on December 14, 2023, while the prices could be announced in January 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n The Kia Sonet is expected to get several design changes both on the interior and exterior. The sub-4 meter SUV will receive a revised front fascia with new headlamp clusters and a new set of taillights connected by an LED light bar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Reports suggest that it could get a new digital instrument cluster and switchgear, among other updates. The car is likely to be equipped with 6-airbags as standard, while top variants could be offered with ADAS.<\/span><\/p>\n Mechanically, the updated Sonet will be identical to the outgoing version. It will carry forward the existing 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed automatic and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.<\/span><\/p>\n
