Royal Enfield is all set to launch the much-awaited Himalayan 450 in India tomorrow. It will be showcased at Motoverse 2023 in Goa.<\/p>\n
The Himalayan 450 will replace the Himalayan 411 in Royal Enfield\u2019s lineup. The adventure bike made its global debut at EICMA 2023. It will be offered in three variants: Base, Pass and Summit.<\/p>\n
The Himalayan 450 is powered by a 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that puts out 39.47 BHP @ 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm @ 5,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch.<\/p>\n
The Himalayan 450 is based on a twin-spar tubular frame, with an open-cartridge upside-down fork at the front and an adjustable mono-shock at the rear. The bike rides on wire-spoke wheels with 21-inch rims at the front and 17-inch rims at the rear. The brake setup consists of a single 320 mm disc at the front and a 270 mm disc at the rear.<\/p>\n
In terms of features, the Himalayan 450 comes with a digital instrument console featuring a round TFT colour screen. It offers Bluetooth connectivity and has integrated Google Maps for navigation. The bike is also equipped with ride-by-wire & switchable dual-channel ABS.<\/p>\n
