The Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida is the most likely candidate to host MotoGP in India.
According to a media report, MotoGP is all set to come to India in 2023. An official announcement regarding this is expected to be made later this month.
The report states that Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, will make the announcement and will also share details of the full race weekend. The Indian leg will include Moto2, Moto3 and the premier class of bike racing ‘MotoGP’.
Dorna Sports is also planning to bring the MotoE electric motorcycle racing series to India. It is said that the first MotoE race could be held in India as early as the end of 2022.
The Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida is the most likely candidate to host MotoGP in India. However, we will have to wait for an official confirmation from the organizers.
