Jaguar has started taking orders for the F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 in India. The Edition 1988 name pays tribute to the racing success of the World Sports-Prototype Championship-winning XJR-9 in 1988. Only 394 units will be produced for the entire world.

The Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 is finished in Midnight Amethyst Gloss exterior colour with Sunset Gold Satin detailing. The SUV also gets optional Champagne Gold Satin 22-inch forged alloy wheels.

Inside, the limited-edition model gets Sunset Gold Satin detailing and a ‘One of 394’ SV Bespoke commission graphic.

Under the bonnet is a 5.0-litre, supercharged V8 engine that develops 543 BHP and 700 Nm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and features an all-wheel-drive system.
